


Vertical diaphragm fliter press
The vertical diaphragm filter press is a highly efficient, fully automatic solid-liquid separation equipment that has been widely used in various industrial fields due to its unique structure and high dewatering efficiency.
Its most significant feature is that the filter plates are arranged vertically in pairs, forming independent filtration units. It employs a three-step integrated process of "high-pressure filtration + diaphragm squeezing + air drying." First, preliminary feeding and filtration are completed under pump pressure; then, by injecting high-pressure water or compressed air behind the diaphragm, the flexible diaphragm powerfully squeezes the filter cake, further extracting 15-25% or even more moisture, resulting in a very low moisture content in the filter cake.
This machine features a fully enclosed design and a high degree of automation, enabling continuous feeding, filtration, squeezing, washing, and discharge. It is particularly suitable for fine separation scenarios with large processing volumes, high filtration requirements, or materials that are odorous, volatile, or require washing. It is an important piece of equipment in the chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, food, and environmental sludge treatment industries.
