Three groups of peristaltic pumps realize separate delivery of different raw materials. Flow rate can be digitally adjusted in real time, which ensures stable molar ratio during co-precipitation reaction and reduces manual operation errors.

Two sets of circulating temperature control machines are equipped separately for the main and auxiliary reactors. It supports heating and cooling functions, realizes precise temperature locking during the whole reaction process, and effectively avoids material performance deviation caused by temperature fluctuation.

Touch screen integrated control for stirring speed, feeding flow, temperature monitoring and lifting action. All process parameters can be recorded and stored, facilitating experimental data sorting and traceability.

✅ Electric lifting reactor structure

The kettle body can be lifted automatically. Operators can complete feeding, sampling, cleaning and material replacement conveniently. Quick-disconnect pipeline design shortens the material switching time and avoids cross-contamination of different samples.
