Product Overview
The laboratory aqueous spray dryer is mainly used in universities, research institutes, food, pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises for producing trace granular powder in laboratories. It has broad adaptability to various solutions such as emulsions and suspensions. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials, including biological products, biopesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. The material is only exposed to high temperature momentarily when atomized into fine droplets. This instant heating ensures the active ingredients of active materials remain intact after drying.
Main Features
✅ The whole machine is fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel with compact and small footprint. Buttons, thermometers, air pipelines and other components adopt ergonomic design, supporting quick plug-and-play and humanized operation. ✅ Equipped with PLC control system and 7-inch touch screen for one-button full control, which can monitor and regulate inlet air temperature and outlet air temperature. ✅ Electrical components are manufactured in accordance with national standards. Circuit breakers, contacts, relay protectors and push-button switches adopt original Chint / Delixi parts to guarantee equipment safety, stability and service life. ✅ Fitted with a 3.5Kw high-power customized heater. Real-time PID constant temperature control technology is applied to achieve precise temperature control across the whole temperature zone, with temperature accuracy of ±1℃. ✅ Adjustable fan speed and wind pressure to match the atomization effect and product output of different materials. Variable frequency design allows users to set the optimal air volume. ✅ Two-fluid atomization structure with compact layout and easy operation. Built-in automatic nozzle cleaning needle to unclog blockages automatically; the needle frequency can be adjusted freely. ✅ The sprayed powder presents normal distribution with excellent flowability. The dried finished powder features uniform particle size, over 95% of powder falls within the same particle size range. ✅ The feeding rate is controlled by a peristaltic pump. The minimum feeding volume is 80ml, and the maximum reaches 2L/H. Users can select the optimal feeding method according to material properties. ✅ Built-in oil-free air compressor with ultra-low noise below 60db, meeting national laboratory noise standards. ✅ Shutdown protection function: once the stop button is pressed, all components except the fan stop running immediately, preventing burnout of heating parts caused by improper forced fan shutdown.
