Main Structure & Components

  1. High‑Grade Stainless‑Steel Reactor Vessel

    The reactor body is made of pharmaceutical‑grade 304 / 316L stainless steel with mirror‑polished inner surface for dead‑zone‑free easy cleaning. Built‑in viewing window allows direct visual observation of material phase change during experiments. Multiple ports on reactor lid accommodate vacuum pipeline, temperature sensor, feeding inlet, pressure relief port and stirring‑homogenizing shaft. It enables sealed negative‑pressure vacuum reaction to prevent oxidative degradation, suitable for oxygen‑sensitive materials, vacuum degassing and negative‑pressure synthesis.

Electric or manual lifting stand facilitates lid opening, sampling, internal cleaning and material discharging, improving lab‑site operation safety and convenience.
  1. Stirring & High‑Shear Homogenizing Assembly

    Top‑mounted variable‑speed stirring motor is equipped with optional high‑shear homogenizing head for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of suspensions, emulsions and slurries. Stirring speed and homogenizing duration can be set on touch‑screen HMI. All process parameters are recordable and repeatable, ensuring comparability among experimental batches.

  2. Multi‑Channel Precision Dosing & Feeding Module

    Multiple high‑accuracy peristaltic pumps work independently to deliver different raw materials with adjustable flow rate, replacing manual feeding and minimizing human‑caused experimental error.

    Auxiliary stainless‑steel pre‑mix tanks are available for pre‑treatment of feedstock. For harsh corrosive conditions, anti‑corrosion mixing vessel and pneumatic diaphragm pump transfer unit can be configured for acid & alkali‑resistant processing.

  3. Independent Heating‑Cooling Circulator Unit

    The matched integrated high‑low‑temperature circulator provides indirect jacket heat exchange for accurate heating and cooling with wide working‑temperature range and small temperature fluctuation. Heat‑transfer medium circulates inside jacket without contacting sample materials, avoiding cross‑contamination. It fits low‑temperature synthesis, heating‑catalyzed reactions and gradient thermal cycling workflows.

  4. Integrated Intelligent PLC Control Cabinet

    Freestanding stainless‑steel control console is equipped with PLC and touch‑screen human‑machine interface. Real‑time data of temperature, stirring speed and vacuum degree are displayed on screen. Operators can configure stirring speed, homogenizing runtime, feeding flow, temperature limit and vacuum interlock protection. Emergency stop, overload protection and fault alarm are embedded for lab safety. Process recipes can be saved for repeated experiments and process review. Operators can get proficient after brief training.
