Planetary ball mill
The planetary ball mill is a laboratory and industrial grinding equipment primarily used for sample preparation and heavy metal analysis in fields such as soil science, geology, and environmental protection. It utilizes a planetary motion principle, achieving impact and friction grinding through the counter-rotation of the grinding jars and the main disc, with a minimum output particle size of 0.1 micrometers. It is compatible with 100ml, 250ml, and 500ml grinding jars, supporting materials such as agate and zirconia, and allows for symmetrical installation of different jar combinations. Features include touchscreen operation, variable frequency stepless speed control, and vacuum/inert gas grinding capabilities. It supports both wet and dry grinding and low-temperature processing, with operating modes including unidirectional continuous and bidirectional alternating rotation. Safety features include a sealed dustproof structure, emergency stop button, and overload protection. Its main applications include soil sample preparation, ore grinding, and nanomaterial preparation.
