Dual planetary mixer
The dual planetary mixer (also known as a viscous material mixer) is an industrial equipment used for the dissolution, mixing, compounding, and reaction processes of high-viscosity, high-density materials. It is primarily used in the electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and new energy industries. Through planetary gear transmission, it achieves a complex motion of the mixing paddles involving both revolution and rotation. Combined with the shearing action of a high-speed dispersion shaft, it can cover over 97% of the material contact surface and supports various mixing systems, including liquid-liquid and solid-liquid mixtures.
